Yesterday, Ryan and I woke up late and drove for an hour out of town to a winery. After sampling four kinds of wine, we bought a bottle of cabernet sauvignon and left. After driving a little farther, we filled our packs with sand, left the car behind, hiked for two hours into a secluded valley, and dug a hole. Then we came home.
Today has been just as funny in different ways. Ryan and I just spent four hours making lasagna while blasting music from the Lord of the Rings.
